Directions:

After using Smoothing Shampoo and Conditioner or Nourishing Masque. Apply a quarter-sized amount to damp hair from the nape forward, roots to ends; heat-style or air-dry.

This product is awesome! I have thick, long hair and the curls can become unruly. I use the B&B creme on my wet hair, then take sections and spiral the hair with my fingers. Then I diffuse my hair and wow, I get awesome curls. I know the product is a bit expensive, but well worth the price. It's not sticky and it keeps away the frizz. Give it a try, you won't go back to your old stuff again!
