i really love the volumizing shampoo. but you know i do need to condition my hair as well and it just weighs my hair down. i suggest that maybe a volumizing conditioner? one that wont weigh my hair down. the light reflecting conditioner is what i use with the volumizing shampoo and that totally defeats the purpose of using a volumizing shampoo because the conditioner is just going to weigh it down. so think about a new conditioner PLEASE!

When I first starting using this shampoo and conditioner I just loved it!! BUT...after 6 months of using it I have noticed more and more of my hair falling out. I used to have such thick hair! Now im left with very little. I used to get an occasional strand or two in the shower come out, but now its CLUMPS of 20 or more hairs at once. My hair is down to my butt, but now im Having to cut it off to my shoulders just so it wont look like Im a cancer patient. My hair is so thin now that I can see my scalp. It just occurred to me a week ago that it may be my shampoo. I will not be using this product anymore!! Im sorry to say. I loved it other than the hair loss thing!

Since I started using John Frieda products I really like them. They make my natural hair color look great and I my hair is nice and smooth, no frizzes or static electricity.

this product rocks i love it. it makes my hair shiny and soft and smells awesome. The whole volumizing factor, uh it wasn't a drastic change but not disapointing either.

Despite the claim that this product leaves no colour deposits, after one week of using this product my dark brown (with natural red highlights) looked remarkably darker and monochrome but neither shiny nor "volumizied." This was in fact noticed by a male colleague who commented, "Why did you dye your hair? It looked great before." I wish I could find a decent way to get rid of this gunk. If you love it, fine; take my bottle.
