doesn't heat up
I bought a second cordless curler because the first one stopped heating up after about a year. Now I've had the second and it worked for several months..but is starting to just click when I try to heat it up. I've replaced the butane and it still doesn't heat up. I'd like to get another one but not if it doesn't last very long. Am I doing something wrong or do they just wear out after a few months?

I have the same problem, i found one i had from a couple years ago (i loved them and had gone through at least 4, but this one is never used, it clicks but doesn't heat up, i'd like to return it for their newer models shown on the Braun Website, called cordless stylers.

Flying with a CT2 cell
Can you pack the Braun Independent Cordless Styler and carry it on an airplane? Does it pass those new regulations?

I do not believe the cell will be allowed on an airplane...they prohibit pressurized cans, anything volatile - as this cell appears to be. I would call my airline and ask them for sure. Seems unlikley though. That's the problem, I wanted one to take to Europe so as to not have to be bothered with the different currents in electricity.

I travled to Florida and pack by curling in my suitcase and didn't have any problem. Once I carried in my carry on and they kept by butane refill but I got to keep my iron.

Does this corless curl iron release curl?
I am using a Braun electric curl iron that has a curl release ring. It is so wonderful but I don't see this feature anymore. I bought it over ten years ago in Barcelona. Pls resume this curl release feature if possible.
