Blinc Kiss Me Eyeliner is the original eyeliner invented to form a waterproof "layer of
color" that contours your eyes.
Since Kiss Me is not a cosmetic paint like
conventional eyeliners, it cannot fade, smudge, run or flake, even if you cry or
rub your eyes. The intense layer of color creates a dramatic look that lasts all
day. Only when you are ready for removal, the layer of color will effortlessly
slide off your skin into your hand without the use of a harsh makeup remover.
Ideal for those with sensitive eyes, contact lens wearers, performers and active
people in search of an eyeliner whose look, hold and ease of removal is without
compromise. Directions: Application: Use Blinc's Kiss Me eyeliner on clean and dry
skin. Gently pull the lid towards your ear and start at the inner part of the
lid. Draw a thin line evenly along the upper lid getting as close to the lashes
as possible. If your liner goes astray a little water on a cotton bud will
easily correct the problem. Within 1 minute, apply additional layers of color to
thicken the line. Once set, additional layers cannot be applied. Removal: Neither water alone nor pressure alone will
remove Kiss Me eyeliner. Only the combination of lots of warm water and gentle
pressure, from your fingertips, a washcloth or water pressure (i.e. shower),
will slide the "layer of color" effortlessly off your skin into your hand. Does
not penetrate your skin and leaves no residue. *Note: For additional application tips please
read the leaflet found inside each container. Product Reviews and Rating:

I would recommend this eyeliner to anyone who has trouble with runny or disappearing eyeliner. Even though it stays put all day, you may have to go over your first application 2-3 more times (immediatley after your first application) because since it applies as a liquid it won't cover completely. To make it easier to apply however I have found that if you first line your eyes with a eyeliner pencil and then trace over that with this eyeliner it goes on alot easier and there's less worry about "messing up" as you normally would with a liquid eyeliner.
