Does this item also have the low emf far infrared heat option? Is it also an ion generator?

How is this unit insatalled?Does it need to be installed over an electrical outlet?Wher is the wire/plug?

Installation is easy, doesnot have to be over an electric outlet. Install it near an outlet and then plug it in. |
voltage of European Bion hair dryer
This product is advertized as a "Bion European Wall Mounted Hair Dryer". I noticed someone in Manhattan, NY likes it. Does that mean it uses 120 volt, 60 phase (American) outlets, or the much different European type? Can this model #GDC 600 in the USA ?Jim Clemons
