I've had better but I've also had worse!

The first time I used this iron my hair was still frizzy and dry so I was kind of dissapointed, but now that I am more used to it I get better results. If you get this iron don't clamp down just gently glide it across the hair. If you clamp it gets really dry. After all is said and done I would definitely recommend the Sedu over this iron. The sedu is faster, easier to use, and it made my hair brilliantly glossy. It's a good iron, but for the price I would much rather have a Sedu or Hai.
straight, curl, you name it, this iron does it all!!!

I love this product, the styled hair stays locked pretty good after 2nd day. Easy to style with, you can touch the other edge without burning your fingers, does not break your hair, works well with my 6 year old hair or my sister's coarse hair. Better than the 3 letter brands!!!

This is the absolute worst thing i've ever used. I have thick curly hair to start with. It left my hair frizzy, puffy and damaged. I tried it multiple times, hoping I would get the hang of it, but it never got better. Don't waste your money on this item, it doesn't work and it damages your hair.

Don't waste your money. I spent only 100.00 on this and it was awful. My hair was all dry from it...and the top had hair sticking up and looked frizzy after use!
What a letdown!! I will go back to the Sedu...

This straightener seemed to work really well on my hair and other clients. It didn't burn my hair or anything negative to it. It makes my hair stay straight all day. Our whole salon has this straightener and staff. We have also sold plenty of these straighteners at our salon.

I dont know why anyone would purchase this product, but i'm still trying to heal the burnt ends from the last time i used this iron, i'm so sad i threw it in the trash, it gets so hot you can barely touch it and then it just keeps feeling hotter and hotter, i felt like scorching. I just wish there was something i could do from my burnt ends.

this straigtener is the best. while it conditions ur hair it even makes it feel very smooth and soft. and u dont even get fly aways happening when its done.

ive had soooo many straighters in the past, this one was probably the best one ive had, but its not the BEST FLAT IRON TO BUY. i used it a few times, and i did not get the results i would of loved. it came out nice and straight at first, but then over the hours it would curl and frizz all over again. and when i was straightening it i would have to go over each piece a million times to get it straight. my sister got the same iron but hers works much better on her hair , and it lasts through the whole day, its shiny, silky and straight. i have curly thick hair, she has straight thin hair. i guess its the type of hair that you have that really matters of the quality of the iron.
give it a shot =)

I have very curly hair and this is the best straightener I have ever used. I have bought Chi's in the past and they didn't last very long and didn't work as well as this. This makes my hair have a much smoother appearance. I am very pleased with this product.

I had problems with bio ionics promises, I have used bio ionics and chi products chemically and non, and had the best results from chi. PPromises are nothing... results are everything. Will spend on chi anyday!

This product is doing its job very nicely. I would have to say its a lot better then the "top marketed" flat iron; sedu. The sedu only lasts about a year and then it breaks...I've had two now and then I switched to this, and I find it's working well.

I bought the hair straigner for my daughter and she loves it. She had the CHI and loved it but it was messing up at the cord to the straightner so she needed something new. She likes the way it makes her hair feel, having think course hair, and doesn't seem to burn hair or damage it like the others. So far a great product, received it quickly,, but will have to wait a year to see if it still is as good.
