Yes it does. the reason it keeps your hair from drying out because it actually conditons your hair when you straighten your hair. this flat iron has a special design to it not only does it have ceramic but also has ion therapy.

Using in Germany
Is ist possible to use the Bio Ionic iSmooth 1 in Germany with 220 Volt? In USA youe habe only 110 Volt!Is this right?
