I have very fine hair, cut reasonably short with layers and I love this conditioner because it does not weigh down my hair but conditions it rather well. I blow-dry and style with curling iron (and some flat iron use) everyday and my hair does not appear damaged. Granted my hair is very soft naturally (TOO much so) but the key benefit of this product for me is the volumizing and no weight-conditioning. I would recommend this product, although I know everyone's hair is different, the product may not work as well for you as it did me.
If your looking for a deep conditioning feel from your conditioner this product is not for you, it feels very light, put still does the job. :)

I'm usually happy with this brand of hair care. But this conditioner made my hair feel rough instead of smooth. It did not condition the way I thought it would. I have highlights/lowlights in my hair, so it's chemically treated. If it were not, maybe the results would be different. However, this conditioner did give me volume. Just made my hair feeling rough and gritty.
