Having a thick head of naturally curly and unruly hair, I have tried numerous irons and products to find what works best on my hair. I use this product on my dry hair right before ironing it with my CHI and the combination is flawless every time!! I end up with smooth, shiny, silky hair. People who just meet me always think my hair is naturally straight thanks to this stuff.

i was reading reviews from last year who said the sprayer sucks and a year later, the sprayer still sucks! when i'm in a hurry and it's not coming out i just give up and not use it at all. other than that, it makes my hair look pretty i guess, but don't use too much because your hair will fry.

The product is one of the better I have tried, but the spray bottle is very poor, it leaks from under the cap, just as the other reviews have expressed. But, I would purchse again becasue the product is very good. Need to have the packaging changed.....

I really like this spray. I have found that it works great for me as a curl booster and keeps the humidity from making me frizzy. I have ordered this twice now and will definitely order it again.

I agree with everyone the product is great, however you would think they would repackage it after so many people can't get the product out of their bottle!

I love the product, but take the advice of others on this comment section (as I did) and buy your own spray bottle from the $1.00 store and put the product in it. The original pump on my BioSilk bottle pumped product through ONCE and never worked again, even after running hot water over it.

BioSilk is easy to use and adds a terrific scent to your hair. At first I wasn't convinced that it was necessary to use, but after trying it, I feel it really enhances how the hair straightens and leaves it silky. Very nice product.

I tend to have oily hair and I am very cautious about what I put in my hair. Most products that claim to smooth the hair just turn my hair into a grease pit after a few hours. This is the only product I have tried that smooths my hair, gives it a shine and does NOT turn my hair into grease! I have read about the problems with the spray however I have had no such problems. I would highly recommend this product! Spray it on, flat iron your hair, run a brush or a comb through it and you'll have a smooth non greasy or sticky look.
Won't spray out!

When I received this product it wouldn't spray out. Instead of returning it, I just have to pour a little of the product in my hand(which is very runny). Wouldn't order again.

THE PUMP DOES NOT WORK! GREAT PRODUCT BUT NEEDS TO COME IN A DIFFERENT KIND OF BOTTLE. I BOUGHT 2 BOTTLES AND BOTH OF THEM LEAK OUT FROM UNDER THE CAP - THE SPRAYER DOES NOT WORK - VERY AGGRAVATING!

I ordered this with my Chi iron - while the iron is amazing the bottle didn't work and I ended up putting it in my own spray bottle. For 13.75 the bottle SHOULD work.

I have very thick, wavy red hair and have tried all kinds of products to make my hair straight and smooth. This is about the only one that actually works. I spray it on while my hair is damp, blow-dry my hair, then use a flat iron. It really tames my hair and helps me with my "big hair days." Yeah my hair might be a little stiff right when it comes off the iron; but i run a brush through it and it's super soft. Those who have a problem with the stiffness may not be brushing their hair... You also have to take into consideration your type of hair. If you have fine hair, you're not going to want to use half a bottle after each washing. When this product is used properly and in the right amount, it's a miracle worker.

The product itself works rather well. It makes my hair shiny and smooth, but the pump spray hasn't worked since day one. I ran water through it, thinking that may help, but water doesn't pump through it either. I guess I will just have to transfer it to another bottle. For now, I just dip my finger in the product and dab a bit into my hair.

My hair used to split all the way up and look dry,dull, and frizzy. I started using biosilk therapy 10mos ago. My hair looks smooth so shiny and I no longer have split ends. I think this is a miracle product. I would buy a case of it if I could!!!

The product works well, but gets clogged up very easily. I continually have to run water over the nozzle to get it to come out.

When I bought my CHI iron, I bought the BioSilk as well because I figured my hair would be kind of fried from the ironing. BioSilk makes great products and this is no exception. I definitely love it, it protects my hair from the heat of my iron, keeps it smooth and non-frizzy, and makes it smell really great. I use it every time I straighten my hair. The only way it makes your hair stiff (as mentioned in other reviews) is if you don't brush your hair when you're done straightening it. I love it and it's definitely worth buying.

i recently ordered the sedu flat iron from your website, and at the same time i chose to also get the biosilk smoothing solution. believe me, the 2 together are amazing. i love the biosilk. it really protects my hair while i am straightening it makes it feel so smooth when i am finished. i read alot of reviews for it before i purchased it, and some of them lead you to believe it was stiff or sticky. well it is in a way, but only til u brush through it or straighten it. it isnt the least bit tacky afterwards. it is almost like it provides a protective barrier and then after u apply heat to it, it becomes silk. my hair is very long and blonde, and also dry where i keep it colored. i dont like to wash my hair every day, it looks better after a couple of days. therefore i definitely dont want product build-up in it! and with this product i dont have to worry about it. it is not a hair spray... altho i do think it "locks" in the straightness and protects against humidity. it also keeps my hair from "puffing up" so its not bushy. i would strongly reccomend this product to anyone who wants silky straight hair and who uses a flat iron to obtain it!

I have thick coarse hair so it worked great for me. I find that if I use it on my hair while damp it leaves my hair soft and shiny after blow drying it. I then spray each section before I flat iron it. It is best to brush your hair after using this product so it won't be so stiff.
