I love this stuff. I went to get my hair done for my military ball, and when the stylest was straightening it she said that she was going to try some stuff on it. I said ok because after haveing curly frizzy hair for my whole life, I'm up for anything. After she was done it looked amazing and she gave me a sample to take home and try for myself and I now use it every day. It looks great!!!

I've yet to find a product that I love more for my hair. Yes, it's spendy...but a little goes a long way and it really lasts. My hair is shiny, soft, and smells so good! I've received tons of compliments on how good my hair smells and how soft it is when I use biosilk silk therapy. It's well worth the money. :)

The strong really cheap perfume smell is too overwhelming. Wish it had a fragrance free formula. Many women are alergic to perfume and it causes severe migrain headaches! And it is not just strong in the scent department, it is also greasy, but.....shinny.

I saw it on tv and thought it was lame, then in the locker room at my work a co-worker used it on me and I have not put it down since. I have recomended it to all my friends and they have loved it, works on all hair types.
My hair is thin and damaged from bleaching, after use my hair feels silky and looks healthy and shiney.
This product is $25 at CVS, save some money and buy online!

I've only been using this product for about a week or so but I'm going to stop using it immediately! The product smells exactly like rubbing alcohol, and I've noticed my hair seems dryer and disgusting. I just got my hair cut a a week ago, but I've already started to notice that the ends of my hair are brittle and breaking off in massive amounts, which hasn't happened to me since I bleached my hair with peroxide. Stay away from this product if you love your hair.

Normally I use Biolage shampoos and conditioners, but one time the store was out of the conditioner I usually use so I thought I'd try this stuff. It was close in price to the Biolage (around $14). This has got to be the worst thing I have ever put in my hair in my entire life. Even those dual Shampoo+Conditioner combos like Pert are better than this(and those are pretty bad). Usually when conditioning, I apply the product and you can feel the hair get smoother and detangled, but with this stuff it felt like I had some gunk in my hair and I swear it made my hair even more tangled! I spent twice the time in the shower, most of that trying (TRYING, not succeeding) to pull apart knots that kept forming any time I tried to run my fingers through my hair. Nevermind that the bottle design is not condusive to squeezing with 1 hand. After showering, I could not run a brush or comb through my hair to save my life. After giving up on the detangling (couldn't even think about blow-drying at this point) I threw it up into a bun for the night. In the morning I took it down and still could not work the tangles out. I haven't had this problem since I was a little kid and acted like I was alergic to a comb. So, back up into a bun it goes for work. Even in a bun, it makes my hair just look greasier, like the reason I have my hair up is because I skipped my shower alltogether. I hate to eat the money I spent on this, but this is reDONKulous. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

How I found out about this product was I went to a local bauty shop and asked the lady whats a good products I can use to striaighten my hair, she first said it was very exspenisve but great stuff and healthy for your hair. After using it one time Im sold for life. I have extremly dry curly frizzie hair, mostly from coloring it alot. When I apply biosilk therapy to my hair wet or dry it completly shines, smoothens and makes the dry look go away. Anyone who gave this stuff a bad rate obviously doesnt know what their talking about or doesnt know how to apply it to their hair.

I love the texture, smell and quality of this product. I've been using it for years and will continue to use it. I apply it after washing and conditioning and before blow drying and flat ironing my hair. You can apply this product on wet or dry hair. Another great thing about it is, that you can use it on your skin. I love to rub it into my skin after showering or anytime of the day. I have received compliments on the scent. Big thumbs up.

I've tried tons of anti-frizz products, smoothing treatments and conditioners, etc., and Biosilk Silk Therapy is a one-of-kind wonder-product! My hair is long, very thick, and slightly coarse with some natural wave. When I lived in a damp climate it got frizzy from the high humidity and now that I live in the desert it gets dried-out, broken ends from the sun and the dry heat. In both cases, Biosilk Silk Therapy does THE BEST job of making my hair smoother, shinier, softer, and prettier. Smells nice, doesn't look greasy, and lasts a long time. Wouldn't recommend for people with fine, straight hair who are trying to add body and lift (my mom tried it and complained that it made her hair TOO soft and limp to style), but for long hair that needs to lay down and smooth out, it's GREAT STUFF! :)

I have used this product everyday for 7yrs. I have absolutely no complaints. I was introduce to it by my hairdresser and have used it eversince then. I even had a friend recently that went thru hairdressing school that use to play with my hair on a daily basis because of how soft it made it. Everyone thinks that my hair is so soft. I would most definately recommand this product.

Alot definitly goes a long way with this product. I know it's a little expensive, but you have to realize that everytime you use it your only using the amount the size of a dime!!! Therefore, it lasts a longgggggggg time. Im talking Ive had my bottle for almost a year and a half now no exageration!! I dont use it EVERY single day, but I use it enough. Even if you have long hair more then a dime can make it greasy because its THAT potent. And some reviewers need to stop stressing it has alcohol in it because once you squeeze it out of the bottle and it hits the air, alot of the alcohol dissolves. The alcohol in it is to help the products longevity while sitting in the bottle for such a long time. I find it best to use biosilk in your hair after blow drying straight to give it that added beautiful finish!!!

I started using BioSilk over a year ago when I started straightening my hair. I love how it makes my hair look and that it doesn't weigh it down. I've tried other products but I always go back to the BioSilk. It's one of the best products I've used on my hair. The price on Folica is great also, compared to what you would spend in a salon.

I read many reviews for this product before purchasing, and at first I really enjoyed it. But i do like to straighten or apply heat to my hair every day and i knoticed my hair looking and feeling dryer and coarser. This product might feel good at first, but it slowly ruins your hair and causes major damage to your ends. I would not recomend this product!

This is one of my favourite hair care products. I use it daily after I shower and it makes my hair smooth and soft. I also use it before I use my flat iron and afterwards to cure any flyaways. I have long, thicker, normal hair with a natural wave and I don't find that this product weighs down my hair at all. My mom, however, has hair slightly below her chin which is fine in texture, and she finds that Biosilk weighs down her hair and makes it feel greasy. My ends do tend to dry out and this product makes them shiny and sleek and minimizes the appearance of breakage. I don't find I have any problems with the smell - I like it and much prefer it to Farouk's other silk infusion product by Chi (which smells like men's cologne). I think it's important for people to remember to shake it before use, and this may ease any of the unpleasant alcohol smell some reviewers complain about. I also find that this is great for particularly dry skin every once in awhile as an extra treat.
The only thing I am slightly apprehensive about is that there is alcohol in the product, but truth-be-told I don't know enough about alcohol's purpose in the composition of haircare products like this, and I have seen no negative effects on my hair thus far. Then again, I do have a problem with my ends splitting - but my hair is fairly long and it could be any number of things such as heat styling, putting my hair up frequently, or some various other products I use.
i was introduce to this product by my hair dresser.. she told me some "tv" shiny secrets, and this was one of them.. she ask me to give it a try and i did.. i just LOVE IT!!.. THIS is one of the stuff my hair cant live without, even my mom got hooked up with this lol!! and the smell is just amazing!!! =)) <3 biosilk!

I've read all the reviews about BioSilk and decided to give it a try. I have a real problem with morning moisture & humidity, my hair can be fine when I leave the house but by time a get to work my hair is a mess. I've tried all the products in the store for anti-frizz and they didn't work. I tried the CHI Silk Infusion, it's really good for me when I flat-iron but not for frizz and flyaways. Don't get me wrong I love my CHI Silk Infusion but I really love my BioSilk. I've been using BioSilk for a couple of days and the results are great. When I leave the house I have nothing to worry about because my hair looks great. NOTE - good for african american hair.

I have used so many products over the years for my hair. You name it; I have probably used it. I have very fine, wavy hair that I dye every so often. It's not too bad off but I am sure that my hair has seen better days. Back when I was in highschool my friend got her haircut one day and the stylist put biosilk on her hair. I tried some and I was speechless at the difference it makes. It made our hair so soft, so silky and it smelled so good! It makes my hair nearly frizzless and I am not sweating bullets if it rains anymore. I have forgotten it before and it's an emergency to go get it! I have used this product for about 10 years now and I am still not changing to anything else. This will stay a part of my beauty regime for a long time. I recommend this product to anyone who wants SOFT, SILKY, SHINY, SMELLS great hair!

Biosilk is really worth spending your money on. It makes your hair silky and shiny and all I need is a squeeze of less than a dime size. (Hair length is to my elbows.) Great for people who use hot tools on their hair, so please definately look into this. I really love it!!

I have had this product for well over a year and still haven't made a dent in it. I used to use it more but now I use it less often. It is great, I just put a dab in my hair after straightening if it needs it and my hair looks great. My hair is really curly and often really frizzy and poofy. When I got it I purchased the biggest bottle because it came with a trail size. I have only used the trail size. You don't need much for results!
