Stain remover
I have gotten the Silk treatment onto a coat made of down and polyester. It's a camel color and dropplets fell onto it and I cannot get them out. I'm desperate and really need help. This coat is brand new.Kim

You try to take your coat to a professional Dry Cleaners first. They should be able to remove the stain from the Bio-Silk hair product.

This is of no problem actually, if you really consider this a serious problem. Try to contact the creator / makers of BioSilk Silk Therapy and relate your problems to their advisory board and see if they can construct a cleaning solution for your coat. If this fails then and by all means then you really should take your coat to a professional Dry Cleaners then they will take your stain from BioSilk product out of your coat. If that fails throw your coat away and send the bill of replacement costs to the makers of BioSilk Silk Therapy. Hope this helps and that you get you coat CLEAN!!!!
