This is the only store purchased hair dye that I have used that actually makes my hair the color indicated on the box. Also, it doesn't dry my hair out and I don't have to use more than one box to get the color. I get alot of compliments with C9. People say it brings out my eye color.

I used light honey blonde and it was just that. Color change very quick and had to use two bottles. Did not cover gray made it stand out. I didn't know I had that much.everyone loves the color.

I've used many hair color products before stumbling onto Bigen Xpressive Water based system, but now will never use another one. This is a easy to use product that has fantastic results. Even after coloring my hair does not lose its natural luster and shine, or its softness. Another thing I love about this color is that it does not stain skin or fingernails, it washes right away with soap and warm water..super easy cleanup!!! Even if your hair is previously colored you get great results...this product colors hair evenly...from already colored hair to new growth. Honestly I don't know why this product doesn't get more publicity.

I am frican American w/ relaxed medium brown hair and used Fuzzy Navel, I love the results. My color is so vibrant and it didn't burn my scalp like other dyes. I get compliments on my color everyday.

I love love love this product I was looking for a product that was not harsh on the hair since I wear it natural. I had tried several other products but NONE would take to my virgin jet black hair...I used this product hopped under the dryer (trip a stylist recommended) for a couple minutes to give it a boost and ever since it has been compliment after compliment. I used my 1st time I used Fuzzy Navel (nice but did not pop like I wanted) then about a month later I used the Redd Chili Pepper...which made it like I wanted. I have super thick hair and used only one bottle to get a blend natural looking color. I love this product and will be the only thing I buy from now on!

I used Blizzard Blonde, a light ash blonde, but the box before/after swatches looked darker which is why I chose it. The instructions also stated 20-30 minutes for processed hair; 30-40 minutes for virgih hair. I had processed hair and about 3/4 inch virgin hair with 30% grey. I did a strand test and 30 minutes seemed right. This came out much lighter than I expected and there wasn't enough to cover my entire head (my hair just reaches my shoulders) plus the grey is poking through big time. The color was a bit harsh on my hair (used conditioner)and the color is rather flat. I will probably add some low lights to balance it all. The pluses are the water and powder mix but you need to mix it properly so it is not gritty.

this color is awesome. I died my jet black hair red chili pepper on top and fuzzy navel in the back. it looks AWESOME. Since I got it done 2 weeks ago I haven't went a place where people didn't tell me my hair looked good. Although the fuzzy navel color is a little dry.. I assume its just the color b/c the red color is really nice and shiny

I used light honey blonde on my dark brown hair, two weeks after my relaxer. The color came out beautiful. I have received so many complements on my hair. My hair was dry when I used only the shampoo and conditioner that comes with the color. But the second time I used it I used a deep conditioner and my hair came out silky and soft. I would recommend waiting two weeks or more as with any chemical treatment.

Hello Everyone,
I used this color on my hair for the first time and I was really pleased. I like it because it was not messy and it didn't give me a drastic harsh color. My hair is dark brown and it gave me a medium brown color, I think I might buy it again so I can boost it up one more shade. But I think the people that had a bad experience with this product are using it to soon after their relaxer. I waited 3 weeks to use this product and I used a deep conditioner after wards and my hair came out great...

Love it... love it... love it. This product is so easy to use without all of the mess of other products. I have received several compliments. I do have one problem. Walmart has discontinued it from their stock. Can anyone suggest any other retailers that might carry it. Help...

I used r-8. came out great! I think the people that have had bad results are using it too soon after relaxer. after all, it is a permanent hair color...just a thought!

I used Fuzzy navel on my medium to dark brown hair. The color was not that bright the first time but when I did the retouch it came up really rich. I would recommend.

This product is great because it actually lightens your hair as it deposits color, therefore eliminating the need for a seperate booster. All I did was mix the water with the powder and apply it using the gloves included. I used C-9(Fuzzy Navel) on my black hair....and it came to be a natural, deep orange hue. Nothing overly drastic, yet very vibrant and pretty. I highly recommend!
