As I was looking for this hair tape for my Mother here in South Dakota on the internet I could not believe that the other 48 States do not carry this product. As my mother uses it for her hair it seeems to be doing what the package claims it does with no problems.I marked the rating at above average because there is always room for improvement. Now my Aunt and other relatives will be interested too.. I bought this product because I couldn't find the original by 3m company. This is the worst product; not only does it not stick to your hair, it doesn't stick to anything!! I have since found the original 3m hair set tape at the 3m website. It DOES stick to the hair, wet or dry. I used this tape back in the 60s. Now I have that same hairdo again and the tape is my miracle for sleeping through the night without bed head. Hooray for this company and keeping the product going after all these years. A+++++ I have bought this product many times and feel the same as other reviewers. It will not stick to wet hair, but if I use clips to hold the ends in place, then it is hard to remove from skin. When 3M sold this type of tape under their name, it performed as expected. I bought this brand of hair tape, and it just falls off my hair when I try to use it. The manufacturer should be contacted, whoever it is, and have them add a little more sticky stuff to it so it clings to the hair. It is a waste of money as it is now. I would recommend do not buy!
