I bought this item because the price at the time was inexpensive... when I tried it for the first time my hair was so soft and very manageable. I really love it the smell is not great but it leaves your hair feeling soft...

The shampoo and conditioner are great products, they work well to smoothe out my hair and are sold at a good price. However, the gel that comes in this 3 pack I do not use, it is so thin it is like water and I just do not like the feel of it. But you can't beat the price, so it's worth it to purchase the trio!

I have only used The Back To Basics Products for a short time and so far I like them.

I have straight hair which I curl often. I also color my hair. I was worried about my hair getting damaged and dull from coloring. This product/price is perfect. My hair is shiny and now I wear it straight!
