The drying capacity and performance are very good but the design of the front cap is faulty as it falls off continuously and repeatedly. So does the end cover and the
diffuser which refuses to remain clipped on the dryer since the unit is tapered.
Very poor engineering and design. Not to be purchased again. I am already stuck with two of these horrible tools.

Love it. It does not make my colored hair frizzy or dry. I am in my 40's and my hair is much different now. This dryer is worth every penny!

SO amazing!!! Best money I (my mom :]) spent. I am eleven years old and I can straighten my sisters THICK african american hair in 30 minutes singlehandedly. It feels like silk and it lasts like that for 7 days if you wrap it up in a satin scarf. I highly reccomend this!

I'm a 40+ white woman...I have naturally Platinum Blonde hair which is my "gray" hair. I may be lucky that I don't have to color it, but, I DO have to manage this thick head of coarse, porous hair!! I wear it long...between collar bone and cleavage. This hair dryer is by far the best product I've ever used in the drying/straightening process of my hair! It used to take me forever to dry it...still leaving it somewhat damp yet frizzy-ish underneath. This hair dryer has allowed me to quickly dry my hair, style and straighten it without the necessity of a flat or curling iron! I don't feel like I have to use the flat/curling iron anymore! I own a BaByliss curling iron and LOVE it as well. I need the high heat to control the half curl, half frizz, coarse, porous hair I have! Thank you Babyliss!! I HIGHLY recommend this hair dryer!

This is the second Babyliss drier I've purchased and I love this one even more than the last one! It is unsurpassed in power and heat - and I'm straightening wavy hair so it's great. The "lint trap" redesign is much more user friendly than the older design (my last drier was about 5 years old and the trap broke which is one of the reasons I needed a new one). The only downside is that it is too heavy for travel. I will continue to purchase Babyliss. For the price and warranty, you can't beat it! The service at Folica was very quick and drier was packed very well. I bought it from FOlica because the price was so competitive.

I tried 3 dryers from the stores. Just don't compare. I love this dryer. Drys fast, styles really awesome. My hair is the best ever. Healthy, holds the style. So glad I got this dryer.

I purchased a Babyliss hair dryer in the past and it lasted without a problem for 5 years. One day, after a very fulfilling life, it died. I purchased a Rusk hair dryer to replace it in a pinch and it wouldn't get as hot as the Babyliss did. I returned the replacement dryer and went back to the Babyliss. I have short hair but it holds moisture forever. The Babyliss does a wonderful job of getting it dry quickly. It is light and efficient. I would highly recommend it!

This is the second BabylissPro 2 that I have owned and loved!! I wore the last one out because I dropped it one too many times. I was heartbroken beause it was the BEST hairdryer EVER!! Unlike many of the other reviewers, I have VERY FINE hair, and the BabylissPro gives my hair SO much more body and fullness. I paid $100 3-4 years ago for my last BabylissPro from my stylist, so this was a deal!!
Fine haired girls...it is the dryer for you also!! Makes you look like you have twice as much hair!!! Sexy!

I do like this dryer, however I wish I would've bought one with higher watts and lighter. The dryer does get a little heavy after a while.

I am a bit disappointed in this blowdryer. It works alright, but it doesn't produce the smooth hair that I was hoping for. It is a bit heavy and the buttons are not in a good place because it is easy to hit the "cool" blast button, or one of the buttons that adjusts the heat or air flow.

I bought this just before christmas after reading a ton of reviews on a few different brands. I eventually decided on this one because it looked the most comfortable, the only potentially bad thing I read was that it was a little heavy. I do not find it heavy at all. This is my first professional hair dryer, and the difference is just night and day. It's quiet, I didn't expect it to be silent, but it doesn't scare my cat or wake up my boyfriend every morning. I've never accidentally hit a button on the handle, I dunno how other people hold their dryers though. I find it to be very comfortable. I really do recommend this one. I spent about 2 months researching blowdryers since I intended to pay any price for a quality dryer. This was a great buy, it didn't break the bank, I have no complaints.

I purchased this hairdryer as a gift. The recipient has been extremely pleased. It actually cuts hair drying time to a fraction of the time normally spent. It also works great on dry hair when you want to restyle your hair.
My hair dresser uses this dryer. My daughter-in-law bought one. I purchased one for my sister and I am finally buying one for myself.

I have long hair and lots of it and this dryer not only dries it quickly, it looks nice and shiny all day. my old dryer was the worst. i would only blow dry my bangs because it took so long just to do that so i always left the house with wet hair. i can't believe what a difference a good blow dryer makes! i'm so happy!!

I ordered this in the mail a few days ago, and got the product in exactly 3 business days. I was very excited. I even took a shower just to test it out! The results are amazing. I had an old Conair that was small. Compared to that, these results are amazing! I have 85% less frizz with this, and silkier hair. It also dries my hair SUPER fast. I love it, and I don't have to rush as much now. (: Thanks Folica for a great product.

Dries my hair much faster than the "cheapies". Love that the filter is removable, but I haven't had to clean it yet. Two tiny complaints: the nozzle will fall off, but I may not be putting it on tight enough, and I find myself accidentally selecting the cool setting (middle) instead of warm or hot. Otherwise, it's great and worth the money.

A good dryer but the heating element stopped working after 3 weeks. Product warranty is 3 years. I returned dryer, took 4 weeks for repair. Dryer still does not heat well. Also, the directional nozzle tends to fall off easily. When repaired dryer was returned, I learned that product is manufactured by Connair - I have not had good luck with their products in the past. Would not purchase this brand again.

This is the best blow dryer I have ever purchased. Drys my hair fast without any frizz. It's very quiet! It's a little heavier than my previous dryer but after using it for a week I completely adjusted to it. Love love love it!
