My dryer arrived by UPS the day after I ordered it and works very well. The product is just what I was looking for and the service outstanding. Now I read my email and drink my coffee while drying my hair in the morning....just the thing for a multitasker with long hair!

I work in a small two person salon and don't have the space for a dryer chair. This dryer fits perfectly in a corner out of the way but conveniently rolls to wherever I need it. I love the ionic mode. It brings color up fast which makes it a great time saver. I also love that this dryer was very easy to assemble and was shiped within days.

I've just had a chance to use my new dryer and I absolutely love it! I have really thick coarse shoulder length hair and other hard hat dryers took so long to dry my hair. My roller set hair dried in about 45 minutes. That's a record for me!!
I give it Five Stars!!

Your hair dryer is wonderful - it arrived in record time, was easy to assemble, and is quiet, efficient, and so easy and comfortable to use. I prefer rollers for my hair style and when my 35+ year-old heavy floor model Ronson died, I was delighted to find your model on the internet. Thanks for offering such a great product. I will save the cost of it in about two months by not going to a beauty shop for shampoo, set and comb-out. I live in a rural area and prefer the convenience of doing my own hair care - thanks again for a super dryer.

I was pleased to receive my BaByliss Thermal Ionic Hard Hat Dryer in 4 days. Assembly was simple and it adjusted to the perfect height. The BaByliss is quiet and the heat settings are just right. I love the way it doesn't dry out my hair, but leaves it soft and manageable.

I enjoy using the Babyliss hard-hat hair dryer. It is quieter than most hair dryers and dries hair quickly. The telescoping stand is great for any height chair and much better than trying to find the right height table and chair for the portable hard hat dryers.

I am very pleased with my BaByliss Thermal Ionic Hard Hat Dryer. I had been using a small portable hard dryer & it held up for 32 years. Imagine that! The plastic finally broke apart one day when I opened it up. I wanted a dryer on a stand but I thought it would be more than what I wanted to pay. I did my research online & compared prices & features. The road kept leading back to Folica & the BaByliss Thermal Hair Dryer. I am extremely pleased with it and it's portability. I can roll my hair & just roll it over to any chair in my house because it has an adjustable height! It dries my hair quickly so I can get on with my day. I am very happy I decided to buy this model from this company! On top of all of that, the shipping is free!!! I can hope that I get 32 years out of this model also!

I expected it to telescope up higher than it did, I had high bar type chairs in my studio space but it is still only as high or goes a tiny bit higher than the ugly black box dryer. It is a tiny bit louder on the high speed but not much, but its better than the black box for space and moveability. I like it, and its ionic for whatever that counts, they sell that to the public more than us stylists.
For the price, sleek look and the space and the complete ease of putting it together it is awesome and a great deal.

the product works as i expected.
one thing that i was not happy about was the photo on the
web site and the actual product was not exactly the same.
it was supposed to be white but what i got was silver.
when i buy things on line i want the image to be the correct one. otherwise, people who helped me to proccess my order were nice.

To be brief... I have dark, curley hair that is 18 inches long. The BaByliss Hard Hat Dryer dried it COMPLETELY in 15 to 20 minutes depending upon how long I towel dried my hair.
The drier is easily assembled, easily moved, and has a long electric cord. I am thoroughly satisfied with it.

Do not expect too much from this hairdryer unless you have really-really short hair. Then You may benefit from using BaByliss - you may cut drying time half and you may multitask while drying hair.
I have mid-length, not super-thick hair and it was a challenge to dry my hair evenly. On top hair got overdryed to the frizz point, however ends and hair closer to the skin remained damp. My hair felt coarse and unmanageable right after drying. However, I used Ionic Irons to style my hair after drying and it got static as never before.
If you are used to style your hair while drying - this dryer is not for you. There is absolutely no way to style your hair while drying.
Overall. BaByliss dryer is $169 way to get $14.99 results.
Finally drying time cut in half!

What a pleasure it was not to stand for 20+ minutes with my handheld ionic diffuser only to still end up with damp hair. On a high setting my drying time was cut in half and with better results. Our old hard hat dryer is bulky and an inconvenience to pull out to use. This dryer takes up little space and is lightweight. I highly recommend it.
P.S....Folica's customer service is awesome. Follow up emails and quick delivery make this company a pleasure to deal with.
