My strightener is looking really dirty.
I have had my strightner for a few months and it is looking really dirty I throug away the box and every thing so I dont know how to clean it I dont want to do something wrong try to clean it.

Warranty
I borrowed my friends babylisspro ceramic flat iron and loved what it did to my hair. She told me I should get one and that she had a warranty on hers, so if it broke, which it has a couple of times, they send her a new one. I noticed some other comments have said the same about it breaking, if I get this flat iron online does it have a warranty that comes with it?

Problem w/Flat Iron
I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AS THE OTHER LADY. MY FLAT IRON WON'T HEAT UP AFTER JUST ONE YEAR. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THERE IS ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE # THAT I CAN CALL FOR HELP. I DON'T WANT TO GO UOT & PAY $90.00 FOR ANOTHER FLAT IRON.

2 1/2' Baby bliss just stopped working
My flat iron would not heat up after just one year of use. I tried several different plugs and all had the same result, no heat. I would like to purchase another iron with the same amount of watts. Please let me know if this is a frequent problem or am I over using my iron?

well tht depends how many times u use ur iron although i use mine every other day and ive had it for about 3 years and it still works great,, i recommend tht u take it to get repaired instead of payin so much for another one call salons tht sell this iron and u can find out where to get it repaired
