Most at home users will have to get use to the cool shot button placement but for a professional stylist you want this right where it is!!! Easy access to it with your pointer finger and thumb allows for barrel cooling after each section of hair is roundbrushed. And for those people that think a dryer makes your hair smoother....it has nothing to do with the dryer, all to do with how you are holding it in relationship to the hair direction using a nozzle. The more expensive the dryer the more wind it produces/gentler heat it emits so you can WORK the hair into a straighter, smoother state. Sorry, no miracles here on the market.
