I had the same problem... the black piece of plastic 2 out of 3 have broken off. Is their a replacement part?
UK voltage

I wasn't moving to the UK.....only going for a visit. My home is in the US, but was typing quickly and also found that when asked for solutions previously for travel with US products to the UK or other countries the suggestion was to use a converter....which I found did not work with an American voltage flat iron.

Tourmaline Hair Dryers
I 'm thinking of purchasing the Babyliss Pro TT Tourmaline 5000 hair dryer as an alternative to the T3 Tourmaline by HairArt since I found out that the T3 only has one speed/heat setting. The Babyliss Pro TT Tourmaline 5000 supposedly has more settings, plus is cheaper than the T3. Any suggestions on the quality of Babyliss, and it's ability to dry hair faster?
