it's a bit heavier than other dryers,but not much, its worth it... after drying my hair there is no friz and it's soooo soft... and stays soft for a few days... when i first turned it on, it nearly blew off my feet, great power.. that's great for me, i have thick hair and long..so i say get it... it's worth it

I have read a lot about ionic hairdryers but this is the first one i have owned. I find that it blows so much air that my hair gets really tangled. If I use the product on high my hair looks like I've just been in a boat or a convertible. I had hoped to replace an older, louder hairdryer, but I will use this as a backup. May work better for curly hair. Not great for my long, straight hair.

I've been using the BaByliss Pro Ceramix Xtreme Hairdryer for a few months and both my husband and I love it! It's powerful and fast. My old hairdryer, a Sharper Image Ionic, used to make my hair look like straws after blowdrying. The Ceramix Xtreme, on the other hand, makes my hair silky, soft and very very SHINY everytime, and still maintains the volume (Hair doesn't look flimsy despite the softness...). I like the 3 different temperature, high and low fan settings as well as the cold shot button for variations. It's a very sturdy hairdryer with black rubber exterior which doesn't slide on the counter top. This hairdryer is a bit on the heavy side, but since it dries my hair so quickly it doesn't really matter. I used to be unable to go out after blowdrying unless I follow with a flat iron. Now I can choose to skip the flat iron except at times when I want the hair to look pin straight. At this price I don't think you can get another hairdryer of comparable quality. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Best Hair dryer I have ever had. I have 3 girls and we have went through the hair dryers. This one is the best one I have had yet. We each have our own now.

I was a little skeptical about buying this one mainly because I thought, how good could it be for the price. I originally logged on to purchase the T3, but when I saw all the reviews for the Babyliss ProCeramic, I thought why not give it a try.
Well, I am so grateful I did because it is awesome. Yeah, the buttons are a little inconvenient, but the benefits far outweigh the inconvenience. It used to take me 1 hour to dry my hair, now it's only 30 minutes. I LOVE IT!!

This is my first purchase of a "professional" dryer. It is stronger and dries faster, but is also very heavy! As for the shine factor, perhaps slightly better, but not that much more than drugstore brands. I have curly, frizzy, 40-something hair and the dryer was not a purveyor of miracles!

This blow dryer has reduced my drying time considerably (I have shoulder length thick hair). It's much quieter than my old one. Some complained about the weight of it, but I don't find that a problem. Excellent blow dryer and a reasonable price, too!

When I used this dryer for the 1st time, there was a loud popping sound and sparks started shooting out! The sparks caused my cheek to burn as well as my hair. I immediately called the manufacturer to let them know that I had a malfunctioning dryer. They did replace the dryer a few days later, but I'm still scared every time I use this dryer. My old dryer (Conair Ionic Dryer - 1875) weighs less and actually functions better than the Babyliss.

LOVE the hair dryer, I have long hair and it dries it with styling in 10 minutes AND it does a great job on my long hair Shih Tzu's, it's quiet, has multiple settings and gets the dogs dry in record time. I love my new Babyliss Hair Dryer, i have no regrets what so ever.My hair is very curly and with my other blower it use to take me more than 1 hour to do my hair, now in done in just 30 min!!!!.

I wish this dryer was around when I was younger. This is by far one of the best purchases I have ever made. The BaByliss Pro Ceramix Xtreme makes my baby fine hair look thick and healthy. I feel like I came from a salon every time I use it. It sounds silly but I look forward to blow drying my hair. My hair looks and feels great with every use. The only down is that it is a little weighty-but not unbearable. I love it.

I have very curly hair and have always bought cheap drug store hair dryers, I had no clue there was a difference! It's powerful in comparison and hotter.
I read that it was heavy and that sorta scared me but to be honest it doesn't feel any heavier then my past dryers...
It arrived in only one day awesome fast shipping! I have to say my hair feels healthy, looks shiny and like I got it blow dried at the salon! I am so pleased with my purchase I want to buy another just in case lol!

I just received my BaByliss Pro Ceramic Xtreme today. I purchased it for $40.00 after my BaByliss Thermal Ionic Dryer blew up (it's out to be replaced. Thank goodness for warranty's). After going back to a department store hair dryer I had laying around I realized that I could not be without a professional hairdryer for even one day. I have natural curly, frizzy hair. I ordered this one cause of the price and it was delivered in one day. Let me say that it works better than my other one that I paid $75.00 for plus it has more settings. My hair is so shiny & silky and no frizz. I would highly recommend this over the more expensive dryers cause it does the same exact things they do for a much cheaper price.

Excellent purchase. It dries my hair in less than 5 minutes, in slow setting. it is powerfull. It leaves my hair smooth and it does not damage it. What I like the best about it is that my hair and head do not get too hot like with others. It has like a sensor that switches from hot to warm air by itself, preventing it from burning or damaging your hair. Highly recommended.

This is the best hair dryer I have ever owned. I have a ton of hair and it took forever to dry it, until I got this dryer. I can now dry my hair in half the time. Its a little on the heavy side, but it's not a burden.Works great! I love it!!
