Product Rating: 4 FAST!
Reviewer: pamela from cincinnati OH  Fri Aug 11 2006

I have super thick, wavy, frizzy hair. This dryer is definitely the fastest dryer I've ever used (as quick as a stylist's). I'm still experimenting but haven't yet seen a change in the end results of my hair styling.

Product Rating: 5 Hard to Believe

It's hard to believe that a $40 hair dryer could produce such incredible results. I almost went for the $100 version but decided to try this first as the features were pretty much identical. I have frizz prone, unruly, wavy hair. Not thick, but a lot of it. I have weighed my hair down with all kinds of de-frizz stuff. Until now. This dryer smoothed my hair. Shined and polished my hair. It is amazing. We've had a very humid summer here in the northeast and this dryer keeps the frizz away. It's awesome. A little heavy, but small enough so it's not cumbersome. Worth every penny. And, this is my second purchase from Folica and can't rave enough about both buying experiences. I no sooner place the order and the item is on my doorstep. This is my go-to site for all future beauty supply purchases.

As a hairstylist to hairstylist, I wouldn't recommend this product for working in a salon.
It is much to heavy for all day use.
I purchased it for home and the price was right.
I do like the dryer, it does cut down the drying time.
The on and off buttons slide up and down, which I personally think is it's best feature.
I hope this will be of help to someone.

Product Rating: 5 I've got the power!
Reviewer: Kate from N. Cali  Fri Aug 04 2006

Wow -- totally powerful and fast-drying. I almost don't need to flat-iron my hair b/c this drier works so well (and so fast!). It's a little heavy, but I don't mind because I hold it for less time overall. The highest power speed is almost too strong for long hair because it blows so hard that long hair can tangle. But there are 2 speeds and 3 temp levels. Overall -- I'm thrilled.

I bought this type of dryer on the advice of my stylist. After shopping the net, I decided that this was the best deal; I ordered it and it arrived within 3 days. It dries extremely quickly and does not dry my hair out. At only two pounds, it sounded perfect. However with my arthritis it is still a bit heavy. As that is the only compaint it is a good buy!

Product Rating: 4 A little heavy but good job

I have very tick curly hair just below my shoulders. The dryer does a good jib without frizz and a fast dry. Only complaint is that it is heavy.

I live on Long Island and the summers here are very humid. This peoduct makes my hair so smooth and silky that the humidity is not as much of an issue. I cant believe the difference a hair dryer makes. Wish I knew, I wouldnt have spent so much money buying all these hair products!!

Product Rating: 4 Nice dryer
Reviewer: Rene from The Hot and Humid South  Fri Jul 21 2006

My stylist had used a T3 dryer on my hair and I wanted one of those, but I'm also a cheapskate and I settled for this one after reading the reviews. It is heavy but not bothersome, it dries my thick unruly hair very fast and gets it smooth, using a ceramic round brush. The plug is humungous (are they all like that nowadays?) Lots of settings, comes with a concentrator nozzle and Folicia shipped quickly. Recommended.

Product Rating: 5 This thing is AMAZING!

Oh my god! I never realised having a good hairdryer could make such a difference to my hair and the time it takes to style. This hairdryer is such great value and works like nothing I've ever used before. It makes my hair silky and smooth, and I can style it without bothering with flat irons (I still use them because I can't be bothered with making the ends look perfect:).
I would recommend this product 100% to anyone thinking about a professional dryer. I'm not sure how the more expensive ones rate, but I don't care to find out as you just can't beat this one for the results and the price.

Product Rating: 5 Great Dryer

The Blow dryer is excellent for the money. It has a solid feel (some may say heavy, but it doesn't bother me)and drys my hair fast. I bought the dryer based on reviews and once again all those comments really helped make the right decision.

Very pleased with the product. Had a problem with the U.S. Post Office as Road number not placed in the proper place on the mailing label.

You have a very pleasant and extremely helpful person working for you. Thanks again.

Product Rating: 4 Great Dryer

I really like this hair dryer alot it dries my hair really fast and I have really thick hair. The only thing that I don't like about it is that it's a lot heavier than a store bought one which is fine cause that probably means it's a better dryer.

Product Rating: 4 Great drying power but heavy
Reviewer: Carol Adler from New York City  Fri Jun 23 2006

This is one of the best blowers Ive used. It dries hair fast and produces frizzless silky hair. My only problem with this product is not so much its weight, (which I can handle having owned a 3 lb Super Solano) buts its weight distribution. It is quite top heavy and the handle is light and thin so the blower is constantly twisting in my hand and I end up leaning on the cold shot button. But its blowing power is so strong and its high heat setting not a "hair killing hot" (like the turbo chi), that I kept this hair dryer and DO love the results.

Product Rating: 5 great hairdryer!

I recently purchased this hairdryer. I knew from the other reviews that it was a little heavy. Besides that, I love it. This dries my hair very fast and leaves it shinier than I have had w/other cheaper dryers. Great value!

This hair dryer has been a godsend. It is heavier than my old one, but it dries my hair so much faster it doesn't bother me a bit.

Product Rating: 5 Awesome dryer!!!

Our household loves this dryer. There are 3 girls and each of us has completely different hair. Works great on all of us. Above all, we LOVE how fast this dries. It's a little heavier that your regular store-bought dryer, but barely noticable. The quality is great.

Product Rating: 5 great for the price

excellent dryer for the price.. i have bought the salono dryer which is excellent, however it is about $100, this works almost as well and it is less then half the price..

Product Rating: 5 Love it!

My dryer broke a few weeks ago and I decided I wanted a good one that would do minimal damage to my hair. I decided on this one after reading the reviews and am I glad I did! I had a travel regular dryer before and only used when I had to cuz it made my hair crunchy, or if I dried it not all the way I would have major frizz. Not the case with my new one! I can dry my hair completly now in less time than it took for my other dryer to partially dry my hair. It is not much heavier than my old one, so I really don't notice much more weight.
It leaves my hair shiny, silky, soft and frizz free. What more could you ask for in a blow dryer and for less than $40?

Product Rating: 4 Too Heavy
Reviewer: Jan from Illinois  Mon May 22 2006

Hairblower worked great - my hair was so soft and shiny -- but it is way to heavy for the bursitis in my shoulder :-(

Product Rating: 5 Great Dryer
Reviewer: Robbi from ny  Sat May 20 2006

I was going to purchase the T3 dryer, (my hairstylest used it) but after reading the reviews, I decided to purchase the Babyliss. It is slightly heavier that other dryers I've owned, but it does dry incredibly fast and my wavy hair is smoother with less frizz. I wash my hair daily, and this dryer saves me some time.
