This is without a doubt one of the best dryers I have ever owned. The price is great, the product great, it dries quickly without frizz which has always been a problem. The only down side is that the weight is more than I am used to, but I love the Babyliss Pro!!! I will never go back to using store bought dryers again!
Good dryer if it would stay on -

This dryer was gift from "Santa" - I've had it since 12/07..I love the dryer - but it shuts off in the middle of use..The handle feels very hot & then I have to let it cool..I love the way it drys my hair...However, I prefer a toggel switch instead of an "up&down" switch..I could get over the "switch" thing, but I feel the dryer is going to overheat & cause harm or damage..I'm in the process of returning the dryer & obtaining another one..
THE BEST!

This is by far one of the best blowdryers i have ever owned. I have had it for about 3 months and havent had any problems. It dries your hair quickly and it straightens it out well also!

I like this hair dryer because it dries my hair pretty fast but it is kind of heavy. I definitely think its better than any store bought dryer and I should have probably gotten a lighter model or something.
BEST DRYER EVER

I'm a hairstylist for about 23 yrs and this is the best dryer I have ever used!!! I oqwned a rusk dryer that had a defect, and I sent it in for repair and the company sent me this dryer for replacement. At first I was kind of upset because this dryer was only a fraction of the price I had paid for the other one. Once I used it I was so impressed that I recomended it to my cliets. If you need a good dryer for curly hair or you are pushed for time this is the dryer you need.. Highly recomended
Great Dryer

It is a little heavier than my old one and I have only had oit for a couple of months, but it is very powerful and effective. I have thick hair and it straightens it like in the hair salon and without burning the ends. You get used to the heavier weight after a while.
Great for those with thick hair wanting a professional look at home. It is very strong and dries very quickly.
Great value for the price. Highly recommended. I also received it very promptly from Folica.com - thank you!!

I've been using this for a month & love it. It is a bit heavier than I'm used to but I need to tone my arms. Besides it dries my hair much faster than my old dryer. My hair is smooth & soft & doesn't seem to have as much damage as it did before I started using the BaByliss Pro Ceramix Xtreme. Excellent value for the price, I highly recommend it. I love all the settings, I use the warm setting alot.
Awesome Dryer!

I absolutely love this blow dryer. I have long and very thick hair and it takes forever for me to dry and straighten my hair. This dryer seriously cut down on my drying time and not only that but my hair actually feels softer when I'm finished. I have never used a blow dryer that made my hair feel healthier. If you have long, thick hair and you straighten it - this dryer is a MUST HAVE!

My cheap drug store hair dryer gave out on me and I decided I needed an upgrade. I asked a friend who's a stylist which dryer she used and she told me about the BaByliss. I LOVE this dryer. It has cut my drying time down to 20 minutes and it leaves my curly hair sleek and super soft. I would definitely recommend this dryer to anyone and it's a great bargain as well.
Great product, but quick to die

I got this dryer around a year ago and it's already dying on me. I loved the way it quickly dried my hair and was easy to use/hold. Sadly, the dryer turns off during use and will not switch up to "high" (just turns off).

Very average. Far bigger than necessry, handle and snout far too long. Flat and hard to shift heat and power buttons frustrating, cool-button also diffcult to use as too far from where the hand naturally holds on. Heat is equivalent to a European 1600 drier, takes for ever to do a professional blow-dry. Ring for hanging on a hook is too small, and being oval shaped again not the best design. Would be better if you also provided an alternative air compressor - suggest one 2.5 inches wide and half an inch deep.
Pity you sold to a trained ergonomics expert - perhaps you need me on your staff.
This dryer is by far the best!

I never give reviews, but I feel I need to in this case. I have owned Chi dryers and other professional styling tools, but his one definitely cuts drying time in half, and the finished results are amazing! It is not as heavy as some others have said, and the nozzle attachment is awesome. I can't say enough good things about this product. It is worth every penny (consider how much more other professional dryers run)! Its a bargin!

I never realized the difference between store bought hairdryers and salon used hairdryers until now. Wow, my hair feels alot softer and it doesn't take me as long either. People complained about the weight, but I found nothing heavy about this dryer. The only flaw is how the cold button is easy to press without knowing while blowdrying. Something that I need to re-adjust.

I just used the dryer this morning, along w/a Marilyn round brush, and for the first time ever, my hair looked the way it does when I leave a salon. And it only took about 5-10 minutes. I love it and will be recommending it to all my friends.

very good blow dryer, I usually use a solano but after using it for a while I was looking for something stronger. And I found it in this Babybliss...be careful not to burn your hair (or something else) If you have thin or naturally straight hair I dont think this would be the best option for you...good shipping too

Before, I had a great cut but never knew what it would look like each day. Obviously I wasn't good with the hairdryer and my hair tends to have opinions of its own. But this hair dryer is fast and easy and just naturally puts the hair into place. If it cut is good to start with, you're off and going in just a few minutes each day. Looking great. I'm very pleased. Michelle

I bought the BaByliss Carrera for myself and this model for my roommate. I've used both and for the $20 difference, I can't find any difference. I actually think the 2000 model dries my hair even quicker!
I've used cheap hairdryers for years and the BaByliss dryers are so much better. I don't need to use my straighter everyday and my hair looks healthier.
