Straightening Iron Directions:
- Plug iron into standard 120 volt outlet
- Slide ON/OFF switch to ON position
- Turn the temperature setting to the setting
that is most appropriate for your hair type. 1-5 for fragile hair;6-10 for
thin, easy to straighten hair;11-15 for normal textured hair;16-20 for wavy
or curly hair;21-25 for coarse, very thick hair
- Section dry hair evenly, and comb each
section. Position the iron as far up as you hair to be straightened,
being careful not to let the iron touch the scalp. Close the iron with
the hair between the plates and gently pull the iron down to the end of the
section of hair you are straightening. Repeat this process several times.
If necessary, let the hair cool before combing.

Hair Dryer Directions:
- Towel blot hair to remove excess moisture
- Plug in dryer into standard 110-130 volt outlet
- Section hair. Using dryer along with your styling brush, direct
hot air through one section at a time so that hot air passes through hair.
Direct airflow at hair, not scalp.
- Keep dryer's intake vents unobstructed and free from hair while drying.
- To avoid over drying and possible damage to hair and skin, do not
concentrate on one section for any length of time. Keep dryer moving
as you style.
- For quick touch-ups, between shampoos, dampen hair with a mist of water

on a warmer temperature setting, then finish styling with cooler air.
