These are the best Hot Rollers out there

The best Hot Rollers I have ever used. You get 30 rollers, with different sizes. They heat up hotter then most out there, without burning your hands or hair, but hot enough to hold even the hardest to curl hair. I know because I have very long hair. I had a woman recently ask me what I use to make my long hair stay nicely curled, and I directed her to Folica.com site and these BaByliss Pro 30 Roller Setters. They are the only rollers out on the market that you can find 30 rollers in one set and they get hot enough for the curls to last.
Okay but pricey

Bought this set almost 3 years ago, works well on my hair. Complaint about clips is valid plus they don't work w/small rollers. I use old pin style clips that came with my old hot rollers on those. My set broke recently (some electrical problem). I am buying the newer ceramic set. I will check out any improvments.

Really like the quantity and selections of rollers. My hair is fine so have a hard time keeping hair in front side sections. Great for the rest of my head. Heats up well, needs to have more clips, would like to see smaller clips for smaller rollers. Overall good product.

I thought I had found something that i could introduce to my clients, as a way of cutting their time shorter in the Salon. And especially for long hair. But I'm sorry to say it didn't work for me at all, and it also was very time consuming...taking to long to get Hot!!!! It cost $79.95 plus tax. And when i tried to return it to a professional beauty supply store where I purchase it, I could not get a refund. I do hope you continue keep working on perfecting it. Good Luck!!!! until then I'll keep looking and waiting. Thank YOU! J.C.

I didn't like the fact that although this comes with 30 rollers as stated, it came only with 15 clips to hold the rollers in place. Therefore I do not have enough roller clips to make full use of the 30 rollers.
Average performance. Wouldn't buy again.

Reading the propaganda for this product convinced me that this is the one for my hair. However, after using it several times, I have found that I am disappointed. The smallest rollers seem to get hot enough, but none of the other sizes do. My hair is long, and thick, and the rollers just don't get hot enough. After rolling my hair around one of the rollers, I can slide my finger right inside the shaft and it only feels warm. Not hot.

Finally a product with enough curlers to do your entire head. Order the ConPro Pro Clips and you'll have everything you need to make hair rolling a breeze.

I have layered straight hair. It is thick and there is a lot of it. I love these rollers bc there are so many and in different sizes so you can get a different look. They were not so hot that I had trouble and the little nubs on them hold the hair so you get a tight clean roll up! I don't want a tight round curl which other rollers give and these give a nice wave and tons of BODY. Perfect for what I was looking for.
great product

Finally! Really great rollers. I've bought many sets only to be disappointed that they either frizz or damage hair without creating beautiful bouncy curls. I've had these curlers about a month and couldn't be happier. I loved them so much that I showed them to my Mom, and she had me order a set for her (which she also loves). She had been hanging on to a set she's had for literally 20 years and has finally tossed those out because we found a good set. The only cons I see is that they are kinda slow to heat up -- takes about 15-20 minutes. Also, they don't supply enough clips, but those can be picked up any where. Overall, I think they are a great product that by far surpasses any thing else I've seen in the market!
heat too slow

I like the curlers, esp. the jumbo size. The curlers take too long to get hot.
Babyliss Hot Rollers are the BEST!

A friend at work, who has beautiful hair I may add, got me to use these rollers. I always complimented her on her big curly locks and asked her what she used. When she told me she used Babyliss hot rollers I immediately bought them that same day! I love them. I love to straighten out my kinky tight-curled hair and use the rollers at the end. They hold on great to the thick hair I have and really, I never wind up using all of them, because just a few do the job. The clips that come with it are fantastic--they do the job! I recommend these rollers with no doubt! My mom has even taken them out of my bathroom to use them from time to time--she loves them too!

I am a true beginner in terms of curling my hair so take my review w/ a grain of salt. I typically just roll my entire head to get crazy curls. (Smaller size at the bottom and the bigger ones as I go towards the crown.)
Here's what I like/love about this product:
1) Rollers get hot enough but not so hot as to burn your hair off. Following the directions, I hold the rollers by the ends.
2) The amount of rollers (30) is very nice. I can almost roll all of my hair w/ them. I think I would need 45-50 rollers but I don't want to spend $$ to buy 2 sets so this is a nice compromise.
3) I have layers so the rollers being different sizes works well. I was skeptical at first w/ the different sizes but I realize now that I do need them.
4) Love how the rollers are flocked! Definitely helps while you're rolling each section.
Cons/dislikes:
1) Unit doesn't come w/ the same # of clips as rollers. Why they do this, I have no clue! Ok, probably to save $$ but the clips are probably worth pennies and the amount of $ I spent, couldn't I get enough clips?
2) Unit heats up faster than I thought but it's still kinda slow if you think about it. I'd say it takes about 15 minutes for max heat.
3) This is a minor one but it would be nice if BaByliss included a little pamphlet of how to get certain looks. As I said before, I'm a total beginner so right now, I only have 1 technique down and that's to roll everything so I have curls all over.
So far, love the product and hopefully it won't break down on me in a few months.
=)
If anyone has websites or books to give you pointers on how to curl hair to get certain looks, please post! =)

So far these rollers work really well, a lot better than the conair I just trashed. Then again they should they cost twice as much.I love the fact there are 4 different sizes and they get really hot.
Not the answer to get curls

I have used hot curlers for over 20 years. I've been unable to find a set to replace my good old metal core curlers and I thought that these would be the ones. I followed the directions exactly as written and the curlers got only slightly hot and then they cooled down so quickly that they just didn't curl my hair at all. (I have relatively straight, fine, thick hair.) I even tried curling my hair twice and it still didn't work. I think this product would work to tame wavy or naturally curly hair, but it definitely isn't the answer for straight hair.
Works for me

It's the only set around with 30 rollers ... and I need every one of them. If you turn them on early enough, they heat up just fine. I wish the clips stayed more secure, but there's really no way around that. And the set is HUGE ... I have to store it under my bed. No room in my small bathroom.
ok, but not perfect

Clips are great, but my fingers still get burned while I'm winding the roller in my hair. Why can't they make a roller that hss a cool place to hold onto?

The curlers arrived quickly, in perfect condition. Mine only has one heat setting; I wish that there were two. Nevertheless, it works well on my relaxed hair(I'm African American).

I really love my new roller set. I originally purchased one for my daughter's birthday. She loved hers so I bought one for myself. I loved that it has enough curlers to do my whole head. I'm not that fond of the clips that came with it, but I use them on the larger curlers and use my old pin type for the smaller ones. There are only 15 clips and 30 curlers, don't think that makes sense. But the curlers heat up really well. In fact, the first time I used them I found that they were a little too hot to handle. I soon started wrapping the hair around them faster so that my hair protected my fingers. I really love that they are hot enough to set my curls fast and they seem to stay much longer. If you have a problem with handling hot things, you shouldn't buy these. There is no control. As for me I love them, so does my daughter.

They just don't make hot rollers like they use to. Now days the roller itself melts.

I have a set of hot rollers that are velvet coated and heat up in about 2 minutes. They've served me well, but I've been looking for a set with more large size rollers and a more adequate clip to hold the roller in place. I found that in the BaByliss! I've got plenty of larger size rollers and the clips that come with this set hold better than any I've ever tried. It's a very good set, but be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes or more for them to fully heat up.
