Very disappointed

After reading the other reviews I decided this was the tourmaline dryer for me. The first time I used it my hair frizzed immediately upon completion of drying. My old cheap Revlon dryer and the hotel dryer I recently used did a much better job. I thought perhaps it was just the humidity with all the rain we've rec'd in TX this summer (but I hadn't even left the house). So I tried again and have been using the dryer for the past month with the same disappointing results. If I don't use my flat iron, the frizz and volume continue to grow. Not at all what I expected after using my sister's top of the line Tourmaline dryer.
Excellent to use if you are a nozzle holder

I really like the way this blowdryer performs. It isn't my personal dryer (I have fine thin hair and this dryer would not give it to much volume) I use it for clients and love it. It is especially good for people with curly or frizzy hair. It doesn't feel too heavy at all - and the buttons aren't a problem if you use the nozzle instead of the handle.
Babybliss breaks

I have been through 2 of these hairdryers in the past 6 weeks. After a few weeks the motor starts to sound grinding and loud like the motor wants to break. Went to the other BabyBliss Pro TT and went through 2 more. Will not get another.
Worth the Investment

I was hesitant for a long time to spend anything over $25- $30 for a hair dryer. But the more I investigated and read what others had to say about the Babybliss
Pro TT hair dryer, I thought... well, I do spend money on great shampoo so lets see if this makes me have ""Shiny salon hair" every day. Well I am happy to report that the Babybliss Pro TT is living up to its reputation. I am sooo happy I made the investment I will never buy another cheap hair dryer. This hair dryer makes a huge difference! I do recommend that if you are really looking for great healthy shiny hair that you do choose really great shampoos that suit your hair type. For instance, I choose Pureology and the combination is fantastic!
This dryer rocks!

I couldn't believe the difference in my hair after using this dryer. I stopped getting the dried frizzy ends I was used to getting. I have extremely thick and very straight hair and this dryer dries my hair very quickly. I'll never use a drug store dryer again!!!

I have thick hair and this hair drier was too heavy for me to hold. I had to send it back
Not bad...

I have fine hair which I blow dry straight daily. I have always used cheap hairdryers until reading the reviews on the more expensive ones. I like the BaByliss but I am not completely won over. My hair needs volume and oomph on a daily basis. This dryer makes it straight and silky feeling but almost a bit too flat. Note to all with fine hair - all hair dryers are created equal! All in all I don't dislike it but it didn't wow me like I expected.

This is the best dryer I've found. I have had many professional dryers but nothing like this, drys my hair quick and looks great! Excellent product

This hair dryer is a great product. Dries hair in a matter of minutes. The only down side is the location of the power button. Your fingers get in the way and at times can shut the unit off.

Received the dryer. Thought it was very heavy and does not dry as quick as I would like it to. However I notice my hair does come out straighter as a result of using this dryer.
Best dryer ever...

I have curly hair and of course I want straight hair. Well, let me tell you this dryer is the best ever... I can't believe I've lived so long without this. Now, I have straight hair. If you want to look like you stepped out of a salon everyday then this dryer is for you!!!
Great results, but ergonomically questionable

I must say I love this dryer and what it does for my hair. I have fine, straight, color-treated hair, but mounds of it. If not dried, my hair can develop this weird kink, and it's so porous it takes forever to dry. Tired of purchasing cheap drugstore dryers every few years when they burned out, I finally spent for this one, and I must say the results are noticeable. My hair is smooth (but not flat) and glossy. I don't get that crispy look I was getting from my drugstore ionic dryer. In any kind of weather, my hair is shiny and holds a style well. The dryer blows with lots of force, moreso than average, but not so much that it's like gale-force winds tossing your hair into tangles. It doesn't get extremely hot, which is fine, but it dries very quickly regardless. My main beef with it (and this is serious enough that I considered returning it) is that the switches are designed such that they're easily nudged while your hand is holding the dryer. Instead of moving up and down, as with most dryers, they move sideways, so it's very easy to change temperatures --or worse, turn the dryer OFF-- while using it. Maybe I will get used to holding it after a few more weeks of use, but the results are so nice that I can't bring myself to return it, even if this is seriously annoying. I love love love the rubberized metallic red finish.
What a difference!

I have always purchased fairly inexpensive hair dryers. This was the first time I splurged a bit -- it is totally worth it! My hair dries so much faster and it is so much silker (less frizzy). Worth the investment (my daughter had the same reaction!).
Love it!

This is a great dryer! Lots of power but not too loud. Significantly lighter and quieter than the SuperSolano which is what I had before. Don't get me wrong, loved the Solano until it went out (after 3 years) but I definitely like this one better. I read all the reviews on the other Babyliss and had a hard time deciding but am super pleased with this dryer.

This dryer performs fine but it is very heavy which I guess I didn't pay attention to. Also, the settings are on the handle where my thumb goes and I'm constantly turning it off. It wasn't inexpensive so I'm going to stick with it for a while but I would not buy another one like it.

Although I love the color, I was a little disappointed in the performance. I bought this to replace my black BaByliss Carrera because the heating element blew. The red one does not generate as much heat as the black one.

Dryer is a little heavy the first time you pick it up, but very quick to get used to it. Also power and setting buttons can be hit by mistake, but they too are easy to get used to. Using dryer gets great results and can skip using flat iron if I want.
