I love this Dryer I have been in the business for 13 years this is actually the second one I am purchasing. I was so thrilled that it was at this low price; the original one I purchased was for $160.00. I am a very busy hairdresser and go through a hairdryer about once every 2 years, with the super salano I was purchasing 1 every six months. With any hair dryer if you drop it; it is not going to work the same; just because it's more expensive does not mean it's more durable; just like scissors I own $1000.00 shears and they are more delicate than the pair that I own for $250.00 but they perform better! This one however is the best one I have ever owned it is the best!!!

I actually think this is a great blow dryer. I have alot of hair and it dries it all very quickly and at such a heat that my hair is smooth and silky. I see that it was priced originally at 160 or so. I wouldn't buy another one at the original price but at the $60 price I think its a good buy. I had one already but dropped it too many times. It now makes the screetching noise that another customer mentioned but that was after dropping it.

Dont be fooled by the high end pricing

Purchased this high priced dryer less than a year ago. Considering this was for home use only, I'm not impressed at all. It has a screeching rattle already and a very strange smell. It's promise of faster drying time is debateable. Being in the hair biz for 20 years I have tried a lot of products and this ranks up there with the worst of the worst. The maker is Conair which is not indicated on the package nor the dryer if I had known I would have purchased a $30 Conair dryer at freakin Walmart!

After a lot of research about a year ago I purchased this dryer. I wanted the "top of the line" dryer, and I thought this one would fit the bill (literally!). Well, a year later I can say that this hair dryer is just OK. It does not dry my hair any faster than any other dryer. It is lighter than other Babylisses which is a plus, but that's about it. Not worth the price. It's not terrible, it just not great either.
