Today I tryed my friends BIG CHI 2 INCH styling iron. I love it!! I have the 1 inch CHI and am surprised how much faster/better this one works! I'm interested in getting it now, but have one question-how does this iron differ from the CHI TURBO 2 inch iron?

i have thick wavy hair. i used the 2'' and left the iron on the hair too long...it fried my hair. I am gonna try the 1'' if that doesnt work hopefully a corioliss will

I just purchased one and i am a little disappointed- i tried the sedu after and that iron worked GREAT! For something that cost me $145, I would have rather have spent an extra &50 for the sedu!

Hi everyone:
my chi works wonderful. I just got it and i am already in love with it. I have very thick curly hair and it straightens my hair in 5 minutes. The only thing is it may burn your hair if your not careful. Make sure you use a heat protectant.Have fun with your Chi.

I got this for my daughter who has been begging me for one all year. We both love it, it works so great.

Unfortunately I've had to purchase my 2nd one because I stored the 1st in the exterior of my luggage and broke both sides of the head off. So don't be stupid like me. However, I've tried MANY flat irons and none give me the high quality that this one does. Easier to manage than the chi turbo. And your hair doesn't get caught in the unheated area!

My chi was fantastic! I got it off of ebay, but it was still brand new. I had heard about how they brake, so I made sure I didn't wrap the cord around it. Anyway, it worked great and I couldn't even believe the results. It took me 5 minutes to do my hair-even if it was curly and I didn't blow dry:) So anyway, About two weeks after I got it, it started FLAMING!! I unpluged it and gave it to my dad-a genius-and he fixed it. basically, if you have a genius dad, this iron is good for you!!if not-sorry
