This is one of those products that seems like a good idea, but it doesn't seem to do much. I got a sample of it recently and have used it several times before blowing my hair straight or using a flat iron. Doesn't seem to make the slightest difference in how smooth my hair gets. I'm saying "fair" becuase it's not bad.... it just don't do anything.
