I have very fine and thin hair shoulder length hair. I only use 2 pumps of this product...and it gives me lift without sticky or stiff! I love it.

I used this for awhile to get more volume in blown out styles. I wouldn't buy it again, though - it makes your hair feel stiff if you don't get it really well "rubbed in". The honey is really quite sticky...
