Avalon Organic Botanicals Therapeutic Deodorant, like most of the natural deodorants in my ever-growing collection, only functioned for about a week - during the course of my fairly sedentary lifestyle.
During that week, I ended up smelling more like pepper than peppermint at the end of the day (seriously, like fresh group pepper). Many natural deodorants don't even last that long, so that says something for Avalon.
Natural deodorants in general, I have found, work better when you subscribe to the rest of the ideology goes with it. Dairy, red meat, alcohol, cigarettes, and the like will only serve to exacerbate body odor.

I have tried all kinds of natural deodoranats. I guess I overlooked this one. I decided to order this one and I have to say that so far it has been better than the rest. I found that I have to apply it twice in the morning to get thru the morning. The aroma doesn't stay so you want smell like pepperment or whatever the selection. I'll stick with it. It's the best so far.

I have had problems with self esteem for a couple of years now. When I bought the lavender deodorant and adding it to my collections of many deodorant that fail me. I tried it after having in the collection of 3months. I love it, I wouldn't buy any other deodorant. I pray that the deodorant will always be available. I can't imagine using anything else. My whole family will use it for now on.
