My hair is naturally curly and had become overly dry from the summer season and using a flat iron. I must say- I got this as a gift and was very satisfied with the result. Left my hair VERY soft. It even helped with my split ends that I was starting to get. I use it especially after dyeing my hair or before straightening my hair. I coat my hair well and leave it in for at least five minutes.
