Have been using this for 2-3 months on my relaxed hair along with the green tea restructurizer. when I began using it my hair was very damaged from braiding etc. i have noticed that my hair has not been breaking as much and is growing back in nicely. I will definitely continue to use this product. I wish Aphogee made a product to use on the scalp to keep it moisturized.

my hair is chemically relaxed, every 6 monthts, then heat styled almost every day, Flat iron, and blown dry once a week, I use this every 3 weeks,for i am trying to grow out my hair, and the smell is passable.
What I do is, shake the bottle well, I grab a mesuring cup and a large mixing bowl (you will see why in a moment) then I wash my hair and towel dry I then take about 1/2 a cup of Aphogee, then placing the bowl in the bathroom sink, I pour it over my hair and let it drip back into the bowl, I do this two more times until my hair is coated and no longer dripping wet, then I clip it up and as per directions I stick my hair under a bonnet dryer, till it becomes hard. DO NOT SHAMPOO just rinse it out again and the follow with a deep moisturizer you will not be sorry if you buy the product belive me!

I really love, love, love, love this stuff. There is nothing else to compare to it. If you had a bad result with it, you did it wrong. I have been using this treatment for a while and it has saved me from many of my personal hair woes. I primarily use it for preventive measures though and it keeps me from trimming my 4a/4b Africa American hair as often allowing me to acquire and maintain more length. I would tell anyone to use it and don't look back. Just follow the instructions and you can't go wrong. This is top of my list for a must for my hair!I never want to be without it!

I was a little concerned after reading the reviews about this product smelling horribly and the need to be extremely careful as to not damage your hair. But those of you who are thinking about buying this product for damaged hair, I HIGHLY recommend it!! I have very thick, naturally curly, colored hair. I have also had A LOT of split ends and breakage lately. It is always a constant battle to get my hair to do anything, whether straight or curly. However after using this product today (as well as the Aphogee Shampoo and Balancing Moisturizer), it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING how soft and straight I was able to get my hair. My hair seriously hasn't felt like this since before I began coloring it. My split ends and breakage are hardly noticeable now, and that's after just ONE treatment! I can't wait to see what my hair looks like in a few months after another couple treatments. I have tried all the expensive salon products (Nexus, Joico, etc.), and it just goes to show, that good things can come at an inexpensive price.

About a year ago I started having a ot of breakage in my hair. I heard about Aphogee treatment by doing a lot of research on the internet. I was desperate to find something that would stop the breakage. This was it! Aphogee works great! I try to use it atleast once a month to maintain good health. This is especially good after relaxers, beore putting braid extensions in, and after taking them out. If you remember to use it regularly it will give you maximum results! Also my hair has grown tremendously in the past year. I never thought that that my hair would ever be long but aphogee is starting to prove me wrong. YAAAAAY!

i am a member of a few hair care forums..several members had posted pictures of their hair before and after using aphogee..the results were pretty impressive..then i went to another forum, and read several postings on Aphogee - and "The Smell"...It seemed a few folks had just jumped on the band wagon - possibly without even trying it..or just over-exaggerating.
I was so dissuaded, i didn't buy it and tried other "aphogee copies" that "smelled great"..my hair came out like straw..I figured why not take a chance?..I ordered it..I opened up the bottle thinking i would get knocked out of the "odor"...and...nothing much...It wasn't nearly as bad as i thought..there are folks out there that DRINK things that smell worse than this..no kidding..
the moisturizer and reconstructor really bring out the best of this unique conditioner..i use it once a month..and wish it were sold in bigger bottles..my hair is very thick, and i wind up using about 1/3 of the bottle each time i have to condition...
i recommend this to anyone who wants strong healthy hair..

Aphogee is a wonderful product for extremely damages hair. My hair does not take to well for permanent hair color. So, I had no choice but to turn to Aphogee. It rebuilds the hair for up to six weeks after using it.
I use it only once a month. You have to be very careful with strong protein product, like this one. Make sure you rinse it completely out of you will have breakage. After rinsing out Aphogee, I wash my hair about two to three more times to make sure all of the Aphogee product is completely out. If you do not rinse completely, the product will dry out your hair.
If you follow my steps, Aphogee will be your best friend!!!

I was checking on the net for a product for extremely damaged hair,and saw this product.I read all the reviews and thought it sounded like just what I needed. Also wanting to get started right away. Believe it or not I really did not find the smell as bad as what I was led to believe.I saw startling results after one use.My hair was as soft as cotton,I really noticed a complete difference and actually feel like I have hair again.I will continue using these products and am thankful to everyone who wrote in with their results.I would recomend this to anyone who is as desperate I was to save their hair.Thanks for the great products.

my hair looks like straw on hot humid days, and I would end up wearing a pony tail to work it is way over processed
after this treatment which does smell pretty bad, I do agree today is the first time this summer I have my hair smooth, soft, and I can wear it loose!!! will make sure to always have this around. My hair hasn't felt this strong/good since i was a teen!!

It's horribly messy (wipe it up before it hardens!!) and it smells UNBELIEVABLY bad (think fermenting cat litter) but wow, does it work. I had hair so damaged from relaxing and bleaching and coloring that it was melting...Regular use of this plus hot oil treatments was the only thing that really, really worked. My hair looks and feels a thousand times better. You can actually feel how strong and flexible and smooth your hair is as soon as you rinse it out. It's absolutely fantastic, like steroids for your hair. Just be sure to open the windows and use air freshener! Whew!!

My hair was damaged from relaxers. I will only touch my hair and it will fall in my hands. The day a hairdresser used Aphogee treatment for me, I went and bought the product right away. The results is unbelievable. My hair is now thick and long. I BELIEVE in Ahogee Hair Products because it works.

I am growing my daughter's relaxer out. We have been transitioning for 1yr. We noticed some shedding. We began using this product line several months ago. The hair is doing great. We use the balancer after every treatment. We use the 2 minute reconstructor after every wash. We use the greentea spray everyday for combing and we use the leave in conditioner as well. The hair feels nice and strong little to no shedding. There is enough new growth that we have begun slowly trimming the relaxed ends. While maintaining shoulder length hair when pressed which is only for special events. Will continue to use this product Line.

After 40 plus years of trying everything in the book, I finally found a miracle for my dry brittle hair. This stuff is absolutely incredible. I feel like I have someone elses hair on my head and this is after straightening and coloring. I cannot describe how great it is - try it you won't be sorry.

Prior to using Aphogee, I had tried every high dollar treatment both at home and in salons. I was willing to spend whatever it took to find something that actually worked....then a friend told me about the whole Aphoghee line of hair care.....desperate, I bought everything I could find from Aphogee and went home to try it out....It was amazing! If you can get past the smell and stiff hair (until you wash it out) then it is WELL worth it. I have long, blonde, chemically treated hair that has always been very thick and course....After only one application (followed by the balancing moisturizer)my hair was noticeably stronger, more elastic, and even after blow-drying, it still felt soft and smooth.....no little stray hairs sticking out.....I am NOT a sales person, I just want to share my own great experience with this product and hopefully prevent others from spending their money on something that doesn't work!!! I bought the product because my highlights were getting frizzy from the growing out process. I was constantly dealing with shedding and breakage. My stylist told me to expect it due to my highlights and she would give me treatments. So, I took upon myself to to order the whole product line and used it last weekend with great results.

I have put my own relaxers in for over 15yrs. My hair has always been very health. I loss very little hair after relaxer and weekly washing. Being lazy I went to the beauty school and got a relaxer. My hair was over proceeded. When wet it became very tangled and hard almost dreadlocks and started sheeding alot. After applying Alphogee the sheeding is minamal. Will never do that again.

This is by far the best protein treament I have ever used. With type 3b/c hair I was able to obtain incredible lengths using this product once per month for two years. I always wanted to grow my hair long but after chemically relaxing. I would notice exessive dryness and split ends after achieving growth of about 8 inches. I started using this product and my breakage and splitend got less and less until I have no more my hair is now about 20 inches and super thick. The product smell really awful, but I am able to counteract that with Loreals natures therapy deep conditioning moisturizer (this smells really great) by using this deep conditioner for 15 minutes with heat cap, after i used the Aphogee. A great combination.
CAUTION.
Product smells really bad!
Use a deep conditioner afterwards, Protein drys hair!
Do not comb hair while product is in your hair!

Aphoghee Treatment is something that should be used at the salons and a professional to handle. I think is says that on the bottle doesnt it? Anyway, my auntie use to do my hair some time ago and she use to use this on my hair and if you are not careful you can potentially break your hair off bc this is straight protein. You have to be extremely careful not to iritate your hair when using this product bc your hair is extremely delicate. I have watched my auntie use it so much on my hair that I can do it at home without any problems and terrific results. But you really must be very careful and your the results are magnificant.

I heard about aphogee about 3 years ago from fellow members of my hair club in NYC. I was skeptical as hell. I relax and was not treating so my hair kept breaking to no ends....
only two weeks ago I decided to try Aphogee at home one saturday morning. with hubby and my two toddlers looking on I tried it - i was scared when it was dry and it smelled bad but let me tell you.
After I followed up with an intense moisturizing conditioner with cap under dryer for 10mins, roller setted and dried. My hair was strong and felt different. I love it! and wondered why I refused to try it all these years. WOW aphogee!
