I would suggest that you part your hair in sections and let someone else do it for you. You hair gets stiff and a little brittle when you spray all your hair at once and makes it hard to manange. But if you part then spray and then put a rolller or blow dry that section be fore it airs dry it works much better. Though your hair is a lil stiff when wet once it's dry is's soft and manageable. The only reason it makes our hair stiff and hard is because of the protein and vitamins.
