The instructions in this product say do not use if you use Retin-A. The product description online does not tell you this and therefore I purchased it, but cannot use it. That is pretty important information to know and should be displayed clearly and obviously in the product description so customers know whether they can even use it.
Gotta do it right!

First, remove any skin oils prior to using the strips...rubbing alcohol works well (but be careful around the eye area...use a q-tip). That way the strips will adhere to the hair. Smooth the strip down going in the direction of hair growth. Hold the skin taut (really important if your eyelids are a bit saggy) then pull against the growth in one swift movement. DO NOT apply moisturizer afterward...you'll get zits (!). Use aloe vera gel instead to calm the area down.
This is how professionals do it (yes, I'm an esthetician)

I found this product to be worthwhile. I never seem to find time for eyebrow waxing and this product did a good job without the overkill of hot wax for my fine brows. I rubbed the wax in on the area covering the hair, but was careful to not rub elsewhere where it covered just skin. No skin problems and it removed all but a few brow hairs, which I didn't mind plucking.
Don't waste your money!

No matter how you use them ... warm, cold, hot ... you will be lucky to get more than 4 hairs pulled.
There was more wax left behind on me than hairs pulled out on the strip.

I really hated these.I followed the directions and they ripped the skin off my eye lids and the hair was still there.I waited for the skin to grow back and tried it again.It did the same thing.I will never buy them again.

I used to buy these in the store, then they just vanished. When I found these on Amazon, I had to order them. I usually don't have much time to do my eyebrows, usually because I don't think about them until I'm getting ready for work. Just pull of the strips, palce them where you need them and pull. They work great. Thank you.

This is the ONLY product I have found that is simple, quick and easy to use. No messy waxes, just like putting on a band aid and ripping it off. So easy and quick and gets it right every time. I love them so much I have to order them online to have them shipped to me in Hawaii since I moved from the mainland !

Tips!: Use on freshly washed face/do NOT use moisturizer or after eye make up remover/CUT the eyebrow strip in HALF (before peeling off pack, i just cut straight down the middle)/peel off the half sized wax strip and APPLY, the hold with one hand your brow as you RIP of the wax strip with your other hand/press firmly on newsly waxed area/
REPEAT UNTILL BROWS ARE DONE.

i dunno y people r saying they suck? becuz for me they have worked GREAT! I will continue to use them. Maybe they didnt work for the other people becuz theyre using them wrong or somthing , cuz at first they dint work for me. So read the instructions thoroughly...*tatyana

I'm surprised by the bad reviews listed. I've been using these strips for years and love them. Because I'm having a hard time finding them in stores, I'm ordering them online now.

The Strips were not strong enough to remove more then one hair at a time. The strips were also too small for my face so the contour of the strip did not line up with the area that was to be removed. This is the worst product that I have used to shape my eyebrows.

I have fine, light eyebrow hairs and this product works great on my eyebrows. Best used after taking a hot shower & before any makeup or lotion is applied.
