PULLS MY HAIR!!!!!!!!

I bought an Amika Flat Iron at the Mall where I live after my CHI iron broke. My major complaint is that it pulls my hair. My CHI iron never pulled my hair. I tried to exchange it and they said nothing was wrong with it, but clearly there is. It sounds like others have had great results but I haven't. It straightens OK just pulls my hair which is very uncomfortable very morning. I miss my CHI.

OH MY GOSH! last night i put my hair up in a bun and slept with it in a bun! and this morning i straightened it and it looked so good! it was amazing! and my hair looks SO much healthier! And that hair serum works so great! I LOVE EVERYTHING!

I've had mine for over a year and it works a lot better than the CHI I had before. It heats up fast and leave hair smooth and shiny. GREAT PRODUCT. Also, mine is the cheetah print and I love looking at it!

This is a amazing styler and a amazing company. The first one we got was accidentally dropped and they are replacing it free of charge. The styler is amazing as well the floating plates make sure that your hair doesnt get pulled!!!! be styler i have ever bought.

So far so good. received this item yesterday and I straightened out everyones hair at home.. Left hair Shiney, Soft and Healthy looking plus it didnt snag/pull out my hair.. But glancing at the Amika I know I will have to take good care of it because it looks pretty fragile.. The extras were a plus also the Serum it came with I really liked that too and for the Price it was the best... This is my first time buying from folica and I would have to say I enjoyed it alot and will be shopping here again..
