this is the most amazing straightner in the whole entire world, and it isnt even just a straightner! it also adds volume, flips, curls, and waves! my hair could never hold a curl, ever, or wave, and with this product it does, all day! buy this, it may be expensive at first, but its a true investmesnt; honestly. my hair stays straight all day, and that is roughly 14 - 16 hours, buy it! same for all of the other hair styles. buy it.

I have had an Amika flat iron product for over a year and I love it. I am African American and it gets my hair straight. I try not to perm often, but with the Amika flat irons, you can't tell if I have a fresh perm or not. Great product!

I loved this straightener! I have the zebra one and it works great. I have naturally straight hair but it isnt that straight its kind of wavy. It made it really silky and soft. It only takes me about one or two passes through my hair to get it really nice and neat. So overall it was a really good product!!

I have purchased the Amika Flat-Iron and it is the best on the market. I have also used the Sedu, however the Amika is the best hands-down. The difference is, that the Amika is solid cermanic, whereas the others are ceramic coated. When the plated are solid ceramic your hair does not burn because there is no metal penetrating your hair folices. Also, Folicia has the best price in the world. I have the Sedu, but the Amika far exceeds the Sedu. I do enjoy using the Amika more than any that I have in the past. I would like to buy another because the sales and discounts that Folicia has now and then is very tempting to say the least.
