enhances moisture in dry, damaged hair. Nutrient activating enzymes prevent
damage caused by sunlight and pollutants. Gentle for everyday use. Directions:
Apply Alterna's Hemp Hydrate Shampoo to wet hair. Massage into scalp and lather.
Rinse and repeat if necessary. Follow with Alterna's Hemp Hydrate Conditioner.

My husband loves this product. He uses it for body wash & shampoo while he is going cross country in his semi-truck. A bottle lasts & lasts.
 it lathers good but that's it

I was excited to by really expensive shampoo thinking it would work, not to mention I was also sold with the "sulfate free" on the bottle, but it was terrible. Really. Don't bother. Ugh.
