The Web Designer will report to the VP of Product Development and be responsible for designing successful marketing and merchandising promotions for folica.com, e-mail campaigns, and offsite promotions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Design engaging banners, landing pages, and e-mails that drive traffic and conversion and are consistent with Folica's positioning.

- As a member of the Product Development team, advocate for the best possible customer experience.
- The ideal candidate is creative, a team player, takes initiative, exercises good judgment, and is fun to work with.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS - 2-3 years of interactive design experience, including at least 1 year of e-commerce experience.

The Search Engine Optimization Analyst will have responsibility for building on Folica's current SEO efforts. He or she will collaborate with marketing, product development, and technical teams to increase the number of visitors to Folica.com through natural search, utilizing "white hat" SEO techniques, content development, and link-building strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage day-to-day efforts to drive Folica's overall web presence and pervasiveness in natural search.
- Monitor, track, and report on natural search metrics, including positions and trend analysis.
- Provide support and recommendations for SEO initiatives to internal resources.
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and technical teams to implement SEO efforts and reach company goals.
- Assist in keyword discovery / research.
- Research, analyze, and report on competitor rankings / positions.
- Execute directory submissions and revisions.
- Implement and manage internal links / optimization.
- Optimize Meta content.
- Help develop the content that will put Folica on-and higher up on-the Search Engine Result Pages.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments.
- Build and attract inbound links consistent with Folica's brand positioning, using only "white hat" techniques.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS - 1-2 years online marketing experience; some SEO experience required
