no make up?
i shouldnt wear makeup with this product should I? Because i think that it makes me break out more. any help would be great. thanks

You can apply hypoallergenic makeup (such as mineral makeup or makeup suitable for sensitive skin) but wait for at least 30 min afer applying 101e so your skin can fully absorb the acne medication | | Reply by asd

diet restrictions?
I have heard diet restriction is a key to solving acne, I was wondering if a restricted diet is needed while on the 101e supplement?

Personally I have found that staying away from alcohol definitely reduces acne flare-ups. My doctor told me to stay away from spicy food, which I have done. Also, drink plenty of water and water-rich foods (fruit & vegetables) to cleanse your body. |

It is best if you do not put sunblock over the product. Try to use the product at night and keep your face clear of other products |
